Eesti Website - an Internet page published by von Trüxx OÜ, which may include, but is not limited to, web pages, databases, etc;
2. General provisions
2.1. Use of the Website is permitted only if all terms of use are accepted. By using the Website, the User agrees to all terms of use without exception.
2.2. Use of the Website means the processing of data available through the Website (including viewing, modifying, deleting, downloading) in any way or for any purpose.
2.3. Use of the Website is prohibited by automated scripts, programs, or tools. Restriction does not apply to:
2.3.1. if the User has permission from the Administrator in a form that can be reproduced in writing.
2.4. When using the Website, activities that interfere with, impede, or may provide the Website to the Administrator's customers are prohibited.
2.5. The legal relationship between the User and the Administrator is governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3. Copyright
3.1. The Administrator owns all copyrights and related rights (database maker's rights) to the Website and its constituent materials (published information, texts, images, graphics, compilations, software, etc.) within the meaning of the Copyright Act, which are not copyrighted by third parties.
3.2. By making the Website available to the public, the Administrator does not grant any person copyright to the Website or the materials published on it.
3.3. The materials available through the Website may be reproduced, distributed, translated, processed, adapted, shown to the public, transmitted, or made available to the public within the limits of free use provided for in the Copyright Act (for non-profit purposes). Extraction or re-utilization of the entire database or a significant part thereof is permitted only under the conditions agreed with the Administrator. This section does not apply to the use of an open data set.
3.4. Reproduction of the website, its structure, technical and graphic solution or programs is prohibited.
3.5. The Website and the Administrator are allowed to make references and hyperlinks (incl. Deep links to sub-pages) provided that they do not provide false, misleading or derogatory information about the Website or the Administrator or distort the Website. Framing of the website or its part is allowed only under the conditions agreed with the Administrator.
4. Personal information
4.1. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, personal data is processed only with the permission of the User and only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website. With regards to personal data obtained by the Administrator upon use of the Website, the User consents to the Administrator that:
4.1.1. his personal data is processed in the Administrator's information system or register;
5. User rights and obligations
5.1. The User has the right to use the Website in accordance with the Website Terms of Use.
5.2. The User is obliged to comply with all applicable laws, legislation regulating the protection of intellectual property and good practice when using the Website.
5.3. The User undertakes to keep secret the identification features necessary for logging in to the Website. The User is liable for any damage arising from the use of the Website by means of the User's identification identifiers that have come into the possession of a Third Party due to the User's own actions / omissions.
6. Rights and obligations of the administrator
6.1. The Administrator has the right to restrict the User's access to the Website if the User violates these Terms of Use or if the Administrator has a reasonable suspicion of violating the Terms of Use.
6.2. The Administrator has the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website if it is necessary for the purpose of technical changes, updates, maintenance work or to prevent cyber-attacks.
6.3. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the Website or the restriction or interruption of access to the Website on the basis of these Terms of Use, including lost income.
6.4. The Administrator undertakes not to disclose the User's data to third parties, except for the transfer of data on the bases prescribed by law.
6.5. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms of use and other instructions available through the Website. The amended Terms of Use will be published on the website www.tryxx.eu and will become effective upon publication on the website. Individually, User will not be notified of any changes to the Terms of Use.
